Capital General Contractors & Developers, Inc. is a general contracting firm, with offices conveniently located in Hialeah and Aventura. It is one hundred percent privately owned by Mr. Carlos A. Bello who takes and active Role both in the management and operation of the firm.

Operating since April of 1999 as a “S” Corporation in the State of Florida, Capital General Contractors & Developers, Inc. has preeminently completed new constructions, renovations, remodeling jobs, as well as tenant improvement of retail, office, dental, medical showroom and custom residential projects. Capital General Contractors has a wide range of experience in the healthcare industry as a designer-builder, construction manager and general contractor. Capital General has build 30+ state of the art Dental offices throughout South Florida always complying with the highest standard of the industry and local building codes. Additionally, Capital General Contractors & Developers, Inc. has provides design, building and construction management services for its clients.

Personnel

Capital General Contractors & Developers, Inc. sub-contracts out approximately seventy Five percent of all contract work, dealing only with quality, licensed, well-established and insured sub-contracting firms. Two field Superintendents currently control all project supervision. Each superintendent has been properly qualified as a firing requisite. Prerequisites include drug screening, ten years minimum related construction experience, and References. Site superintendents must have completed safety courses and are required to conduct safety meetings with all site personnel on a weekly basis.

Critical liaison between clients, subcontractors, suppliers and Company Management
Maintains licenses current, handle Audits, accounting reports as well as employee payroll
Maintain documentation and record keeping
Expertise in accounts receivable and accounts payable
Mrs. Suarez has worked with Capital General Contractors & Developers, Inc. since 2013

Samuel Alfonso
Project Superintendent

Responsibilities:

Handles a broad range of project related tasks, to include;
Overseas field workers
Coordinates field work and project subcontractors and deals with suppliers and public officers
Maintains direct control of project, from start to finish
Schedules and coordinates trades, meeting difficult deadlines
A veteran of construction field operations
Mr. Alfonso has worked with Capital General Contractors & Developers, Inc. since 2014

Lazaro Sanchez
Project Superintendent

Handles a broad range of project related tasks, to include;

Chris Vera
Assistant Project Manager

Responsibilities:

Critical liaison between clients, subcontractors, suppliers and
Company Management
Compile estimates and prepare bid submissions.
Maintains documentation and record keeping.
Assists in marketing and sales presentations.

Strengths:

Maintains licenses current for all Subcontractors & Suppliers
Assist’s office Manager & Accounting Manager as needed
Coordinates projects, subcontracts, and deals with suppliers
and public officials.
